Starting as a CS Trainee at MUDS Management Private Limited, Nadeem developed a keen understanding of corporate law. His adept management of NBFC registrations, company incorporations, and annual filings showcases his legal acumen. His proficiency in private placements, preferential issues, and executing transaction documents under the Companies Act of 2013 is unmatched.

A standout achievement in his career was leading the transition of IL&FS and its subsidiaries from public to private status, reflecting his strategic foresight and leadership. His meticulous work on employee stock option plans, share recovery processes, and GST compliance emphasizes his thoroughness and expertise.

At IKEDA LTD., Nadeem spearheads startup and seed funding efforts, merging corporate compliance with strategic advisory roles. Gagan is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Finkeda and plays a key role in the company’s success. He leads day-to-day operations, works closely with different teams, and helps turn big ideas into real results. His strong leadership and deep understanding of technology help Finkeda grow and serve customers better every day.

Gagan has over 30 years of work experience in countries like India, the USA, Thailand, and Europe. He spent more than 10 years in the US, managing teams in different parts of the world. He has worked in many industries, such as digital payments, healthcare, real estate, online shopping, and digital marketing.

He has also worked with big companies like IBM, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson. Gagan is known for solving tough problems, setting high standards, and making sure teams work well together.

He studied Mechanical Engineering at IIT Delhi and earned an MBA from UCLA in the USA. With his experience and knowledge, Gagan continues to help Finkeda grow and reach new goals.

Since Mr. Parul Sharma joined Ikeda Limited in 2022 as our Legal & Principal Officer, his impact has been nothing short of transformative. With a degree in Computer Science and 12 years of impressive experience, he has brought invaluable legal insight and strategic direction to our team. His role is to ensure our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations, manage legal risks, and oversee crucial legal documentation.

Not just that, Mr. Sharma’s contributions to safety management and operational compliance have been substantial. His strategic improvements have also enhanced our company’s legal frameworks and ensured robust risk management, benefiting our operations and stakeholders. Sajal Arora joined Ikeda Limited in 2022 and brings over a decade of extensive excellence in banking, fintech, and management. With a solid educational background including a PGPM with a major in Finance from ICFAI Business School and a BBA from I.P. University, Sajal is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the financial and management industry.

In his role as AVP Banking & Alliances, Sajal’s excellence in banking alliances and operations has been pivotal to our growth. His strategic concept and profound excellence in these areas have fostered strong relationships and streamlined our banking operations, significantly enhancing our fintech capabilities. Mr. Sharad Sachdeva has joined us as VP-Customer Support, bringing a remarkable 23 years of expertise and experience in project management. His extensive background spans key positions, such as project manager, senior manager in customer service, senior manager in operations, and customer service executive. With an M.B.A. from the National Institute of Management and a B.Com from C.C.S. University, his academic achievements further bolster his strategic expertise, technical know-how, and leadership qualities.

Mr. MD Soukat drives innovation at Finkeda as the Chief Technology Officer. He is an experienced Fintech and e-Government technology expert who is passionate about creating high-availability (HA) platforms. With more than 17 years of expertise, Mr Soukat has created scalable solutions for both banking and non-banking institutions, concentrating on cutting-edge technology, secure payment processing systems and financial products that adhere to regulations.

MD Soukat has over eight years of experience in Fintech and nine years in e-Government. He has also been instrumental in the design of RBI-regulated PPI wallets, RUPAY prepaid cards, QR issuance and MATM/MPOS systems. Under his strategic direction, financial services and governance applications benefit from smooth technological integration, regulatory compliance and creative solutions.

Having completed a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and KICIT-Maharashtra, secure transaction systems and payment switches are just a few of the areas in which Mr. Soukat specialises. During his early career, he developed financial systems that enabled large-scale operations, improved software design and contributed to important government projects.

His dedication to security and innovation gives his Finkeda a significant competitive advantage. His proficiency in developing mobile devices and e-Government apps has allowed financial institutions and government agencies to streamline operations with safe, expandable solutions.
