1. Duration & Eligibility

This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) shall be conducted from 31 March to 20 May (both dates inclusive). Any entries received outside this period shall not be considered. Participation is open only to natural persons who are residents of India and aged 18 years or above. Employees, directors, affiliates, agents of Ikeda Limited (“Finkeda”), and their immediate family members shall not be eligible.

2. Nature of Campaign

This Campaign is a limited-period promotional engagement initiative conducted by Finkeda and does not constitute a lottery, gambling activity, or prize scheme under applicable laws. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms. This Campaign is conducted with the objective of promoting user engagement through referrals and rewarding eligible participants based on successful referrals made during the Campaign period.

3. Participation & Referral Validation

Participants may refer other users using their unique referral code or link. A referral shall be considered valid only where the referred user (a) successfully registers on the Finkeda platform, (b) completes such actions or transactions as may be prescribed by Finkeda from time to time, and (c) is verified as a genuine, independent user. Finkeda reserves the absolute right to determine the validity of referrals and may, at its sole discretion, reject, disqualify, or exclude any referral that is suspected to be (i) self-generated, (ii) duplicated, (iii) fictitious, (iv) generated through automated or unfair means, or (v) otherwise not in compliance with applicable law or platform policies.

4. Winner Determination

Winners shall be determined based on the number of valid referrals made during the Campaign period, as computed through Finkeda’s internal systems and validation processes. A higher number of valid referrals shall result in eligibility for higher reward tiers. In the event of a tie, Finkeda reserves the right to apply additional criteria, including but not limited to timing of referrals, quality and activity of referred users, or any other internal parameters, or to determine winners at its sole discretion. The determination of rankings and winners shall be final, binding, and not open to challenge, review, or correspondence.

5. Prize Structure

Eligible participants may receive rewards based on referral rankings as follows:

(a) Top 2 Participants: Final match box category tickets along with (i) Finkeda T-shirt, (ii) Gujarat Titans signed jersey, (iii) Gujarat Titans signed bat, (iv) one-night hotel stay, (v) round-trip economy class flight tickets, and (vi) complimentary transfers between hotel and stadium. (b) Participants Ranked 3 to 10: Final match box category tickets along with (i) Finkeda T-shirt, (ii) Gujarat Titans signed bat, and (iii) complimentary transfers between hotel and stadium. (c) Participants Ranked 11 to 50: Final match general category tickets along with Finkeda T-shirt. (d) Participants Ranked 51 to 90: Finkeda T-shirt and lunch box set. (e) Participants Ranked 91 to 150: Hoodies. (f) Participants Ranked 151 to 200: Finkeda T-shirt. All rewards are subject to availability and allocation at Finkeda’s discretion.

6. Prize Conditions

All rewards are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-assignable, and cannot be substituted, encashed, or converted into monetary value, in whole or in part. The rewards must be availed strictly in accordance with timelines and instructions issued by Finkeda. Under no circumstances shall any participant be entitled to claim any cash equivalent, damages, reimbursement, or compensation in lieu of any reward. Finkeda reserves the right to substitute, modify, or withdraw any reward component due to operational, regulatory, or third-party constraints. Accommodation, where provided, shall be on a twin-sharing basis, and guests of the opposite gender may be accommodated in separate rooms, subject to availability and internal policies. All flight tickets provided under the Campaign shall be economy class only. All travel, accommodation, and associated arrangements shall be subject to availability, scheduling, and third-party terms.

7. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Any travel, accommodation, event access, or related services shall be provided through third-party vendors. Finkeda acts solely as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for any deficiency, delay, cancellation, rescheduling, or service failure attributable to such third parties. Participants expressly waive all claims arising from such events, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, service deficiencies, or force majeure circumstances.

8. Reporting & Forfeiture

Winners must adhere strictly to all timelines and instructions communicated by Finkeda, including reporting at designated venues and responding to communications within the stipulated time for confirmation and prize fulfilment. Failure to respond, delay in communication, or non-appearance at the designated time or location shall result in automatic forfeiture of the reward without any right to compensation, replacement, or reinstatement. Finkeda shall not be liable for any missed arrangements, including but not limited to match entry, travel, transfers, or accommodation arising from such delay or non-compliance. Any additional arrangements or costs arising due to delay or no-show shall be borne solely by the participant.

9. Winner Communication

Winners shall be notified using the contact details provided at the time of participation. Participants must respond within the stipulated time to confirm eligibility and claim the reward, failing which Finkeda reserves the right to select alternate winners without further obligation. Finkeda may also announce winners through its official social media platforms or other communication channels. The process of winner identification, communication, or announcement may be recorded and published for transparency and promotional purposes.

10. Publicity & Data Consent

By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to (a) the collection and use of their contact details for contest administration and communication, and (b) the use of their name, image, likeness, and city of residence for promotional and marketing purposes, without any additional compensation, claim, or rights.

11. Disqualification

Finkeda reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or non-compliant conduct, or attempts to influence or interfere with the Campaign.

12. Compliance & Misuse Prevention

Finkeda reserves the right to monitor participation, referral patterns, and associated transactions for compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. Without prejudice to its other rights, Finkeda may, at its sole discretion, suspend, withhold, invalidate, or disqualify any participation, referral, ranking, or reward where it reasonably suspects misuse, irregular activity, artificial structuring of transactions, creation of multiple or non-genuine accounts, or any conduct inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Campaign. Participants acknowledge that all participation must be genuine and bona fide, and Finkeda shall not be liable for any action taken in good faith under this clause.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Finkeda shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or expense arising out of or in connection with the Campaign or any reward, including any indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party-related losses. The rewards are provided as gratuitous promotional benefits and do not constitute any contractual or enforceable entitlement, and no monetary or compensatory claims shall lie against Finkeda in respect thereof. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the minimum extent mandated under law.

14. Right to Modify / Cancel

Finkeda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or alter eligibility criteria, reward structure, or timelines at any time without prior notice or liability. Finkeda may also announce winners through its official social media platforms or other communication channels.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram.
